Sunway College Ipoh had induction and orientation days on 22nd to 24th (3 days).
I representing School of I.T, to be one of the group facilitator for the orientation.
First day is just induction, giving talk briefly how our college rules and regulation.
Second day and third day is the orientation, where we want the new intakes to
adjust themselves to the college and also peoples around them. I didn't bring my camera
on the second day, so all the pictures later are all from the 3rd day. However I will just talk
briefly about the activity on the second day. TORTURE THEM !! Haha
Second Day activities
- Couple in a group, intro their partner
- Almost like catwalk, but have to do some dance moves.
- 4 to 5 peoples in a group. One of them have to get their face painted.
Title such as pink panther, cat, cow, clown are given to them=P
LAST DAY OF ORIENTATION. Of course have to torture them upside down! LOL.
So what we have for them ? We have a Maze with unreasonable torturing.
Looks easy? Well it might look easy for you.
Not until you see the torturing by us later. So this game is a group game.
These are some of the new faces of the intakes.

So the game started, the first group / couple reached the first station.
Oh yeah this looks so fun for them. Don't blame me.
Playing with flour is not my idea ! But I love it. Hahahaha.

They were given two cup (Pepsi or Coke), they have to guess.
If guess wrong, they have to drink it all. Worse is, the straw got holes!
Make them very hard to suck the soft drinks. Hahaha
This guy is funny and I had a very good shot of him playing flour.
Whole face sure cover with flour already. Blow so hard. Lol

Then the next group, I just be friend with the guy.
The guy is called Nelson, all the way from KL.
He is a very exiting driver. I had my heart attack.
Nelson's partner is a half princess. Haha.
Can't even do a good blow job. Terrible la.
It's okay! At least she can poke very well. One hit and done!

Wow I love the colour of the balloons. So sharp.
Still need to improve my photography. Ish.
Next couple is Maple Story Couple. You know why?

First time see people poke like this. So funny.
After the maze game, they were given a talk by Mr Sundra.
The guy beside Kent is Guo Jiet. A cool and tall guy.
Confirm many girls chase him one. Lol.

Then next got two games before give them some break.

The next game is Guess The Word. 5 peoples per team.
One will do the action, four will guess the words which given by us.
She is doing the word : Old Folks
He is doing : Drinking
Kent is doing : *you guess this time* *if can't you're really stupid*
Guy also want to cry wo! Haha

After the Guessing The Word game. The next torturing game is Body Letter.
We give them a word. See which team can complete the word in the short time.
Of course not so easy, a letter must at least two people *torture them*

Hee I couldn't able to take all the pictures to complete a word.
Trust me, their teamwork is good, and can make a word so fast.
Even my photography skill can't catch up. Lol. Too fast.
Okay after 3 TORTURing game, we give them a lunch break.
After the lunch break, we have a extreme level of torturing game.
Which not just involves the facilitators, but all the staffs in college.
It is call Sunway Amazing Race. You will have to get a hint to find another
hint. Until you complete the race. You have to solve the puzzle from all the
hints you got. All together got 26 hints if I'm not mistaken. Hahaha.
There is a hint, which is given by our Principal itself!
Guess what? Principal gives them a task before can give them the hint.
"My car is what model?" Wow that's not a easy one. I don't know!
They ran down to the parking lot and search for the car. Funny ~~
Since everyone starting to pack into principal office.
I start to limit 2 people per entry. Lol
This look like counsel by our principal because discipline case.
And this look like "Omg Kent are you alright?"
Besides from principal, they have to go through School of I.T level also.
I'm telling you, this is even worse, worse than principal task! torturous!
Our I.T lecturer , Ms.Z's task :
"Guess my full name" ,
Some of them answer "Ms Zaza (Lady Gaga too much), Ms Zaina" and etc.
Real answer is Ms. Zakiah ! Only can get the next hint.
Another question by Ms.Z for new intake is
"Name me 5 I.T students who graduating this May" .
So hard weh. I know the first question only. Haha
So they went into the I.T lab and ask Mr.Lim. LOLOL.
Then there is a task by another I.T lecturer. Ms.Vasaki.
"Bring me a student in I.T course who dance"
You know what they did? Damn funny,
I'm as photographer I laugh until stomach pain.
Vincent innocently got dragged by the new intakes.

Some of the facilitators still can play around and disturb people.
Best example is this Yin Yep.

Then the most torturous lecturer is Art and Design coordinator.
Mr Wong, look at the people in behind their reactions.
Very obvious this fellow got bullied by Mr Wong. This guy stuck at this level damn long.
Then our Youngest Lecturer in college. Mr Eric.
Eric ah ~ Don't bully Vivian's group. They are the last already. I no eye see! Haha
Well , that's all for the orientation. I had so much fun with the new intakes.
I even made new friends with the new intakes and the facilitators,
Lunch with new intakes few times already, it is very enjoyable! heh
Anyway the cute cute cute stuff doesn't mean anything okay? Just some humor =P!
